Hi, I am doing my blogpost on Old Yeller because I just finished it and it was a really good book. The story is about a family who finds a dog. He is beat up and only has one ear. When they first found him Travis [ the oldest boy] did not like Old Yeller. But, in the end Old Yeller saved them so much and loved them so much that the family liked him. Then Old Yeller tried to save them from a mad wolf and got bit then Travis had to shot him. It has a sad ending!
I recommend this book because you will love it. It really is a children's book but, adults may like it too. So, you should read Old Yeller.
